Executive sales
Description
TASKS
- Ensure sales development on regular basis following the territory assigned
- Maintain customers developed previously
- Do the buying and negotiation of rates for the ocean freight
- Make quotations for all modes of transportation and ensure the follow up
- Ensure customer satisfaction during and after the service provide and treat the complains if required
- Participate to weekly sales meeting and the monthly meeting with all board of managers. Preparation if required
- Provide sales reports required on weekly basis
- Ensure the good reputation of the company by supplying an excellent customer service
- Promote the company and their services
- Participate to the yearly sales previsions
- Create and maintain the sales files (SOP)
- Other activities required by the Director
- High School Certification required plus a significant sales experience for Freight forwarders
- Diploma for DEC Logistics or CIFFA Certification
- Sales certification is an asset
- Dynamic, organized, leadership, good communicator, team work
- Microsoft Office skills
- Problem solving skills
- Bilingual in English and French for both oral and written communication skills
- Transport knowledge
- Ability to effectively deliver presentations to a variety of audiences
